Why Hate?

It feels as if every time I turn on the TV, radio or even look at my phone, I see terrorist attacks. Walking around a Cathedral in Perigeux, France, I saw this floral tribute from the Muslim community.
With another attack today, and inevitably more to come, I end up wondering what this period of time will be characterised by.
What will our grandchildren study in text books based on now?
Politics, economic stress, rise and fall of new theories and ideologies, advancements in technology and the shift in economic power. But terror will be an inevitable topic.
How can people hate those they don’t even know? Every person has a story, a family and a future.
Individuals have the power to instil so much terror.
Good always conquers evil.
